VOL Fraud Filter & Bot Blocker

Helpful app for blocking suspicious visitors and country-based traffic. Setup was quick and support was also responsive.

We were dealing with alot of bot traffic and fake orders atleast attempts and abandonemtns, and other app I used didn't really solve it. Since moving to VOL fraud filter, we've seen a noticeable improvement and much cleaner traffic overall.

Support has been a big difference for us - I got a chance to spoke with founder and he guided me to try some advanced tehcniques of blocking. rare to see this on other apps, we had to wait days to get things solved. Great app that does it's job.

One thing I really appreciate is that VOL doesn’t break anything on my store. so no conversion changes observed. This one just works quietly in the background. I see all orders risky that comes with tags on - visible on exported files as well.

I got a great support here by foudner. I'd say that I tried a few fraud blocking apps before and had problems with them not actually blocking countries or bot traffic consistently. this app has been much more dependable - what we block actually gets blocked.

I wanted to block traffic mainly from two countries, I recently started seeing a lot of traffic, however we dont even ship there at all - so this app was very simple to block them. doesn’t require much work to block anything. Still a lot of features I needed to explore. Great app so far.

VOL Fraud Filter has been very useful for my store. Initially I kept seeing traffic from regions where we do not operate, and wanted to stop unnecessary visits from those places. Very positive experience with this fraud filter app. I wanted to block visitors from a certain IP that was too suspicios for me. The app was easy to set up, the controls and rules were easy to understand, and it solved my need quickly.

StoreGuard does exactly what we needed it to do. We don’t sell to every country, so blocking irrelevant traffic is important for us as it consumes all session based things (also ruines your retargeting ads). The country blocking feature is simple to use, and the app gives useful control ovr IP as well.
