Cooperate with Mastercard/Ethoca to provide real-time dispute alerts to merchant, merchants can stop fraud by refunding to cardholder, avoid to go through the long and frustrating chargeback process, and then enhance user satisfaction, and lower chargeback rate. Cooperate with Visa to resolve disputes with auto-refund for a real-time resolution, and lower chargeback rate, and do not count against Visa's dispute ratio.
