We raised our customisation requests on 26 August. We followed up repeatedly on 1, 2, 4 and 9 September, and today is 18 September — still no proper resolution or actionable update. We clearly explained multiple times that we are not developers and asked for either the exact code + placement or for the team to implement the changes on our store. Their app is now loading the same script 5 times on my store and they have non-responsive support. They won't help me resolve it so I have to migrate to another app after using them for years. Can't recommend anymore.
