In B2B, an order without a PO is an invoice your buyer's AP team will reject. An over-budget order that ships before sign-off is a chargeback. WRIT puts the gate at checkout: no Purchase-Order number, no pass — enforced by a Shopify checkout-validation Function that fails closed. Orders that breach a company or buyer threshold are HELD, not shipped, until a manager approves them. Every PO, breach, approval and release is written to an immutable audit trail. Free to start.
