Amazing customer service. We had an issue with some of our hidden products showing on our site and Daniel and Shahin were particularly helpful jumping on a zoom so I could share my screen to explain and demonstrate my problem. In practice, the Basic plan for products does not perform its intended function. Since this is a form for wholesale orders, it is logical that not all website visitors should see it. However, to display it only to customers with a tag such as wholesale, I would have to manually edit each product individually, which is unrealistic when there are many products.

This app disbaled our Wholesale store, and no one from the app developers communicated with us despite us requesting assistance. One of our other app providers had to assist us in order to get the problem resolved and get our wholesale store back up and running. Very disappointing customer service and support.

Each time we have a launch on our Wholesale site, this order form will fail to load. If we come back to it later, after the traffic has died down it will work, but what's the point if this app doesn't work when we need it the most.
