About Yuki

This app connects your Shopify webshop to your Yuki administration. That’s why you don’t have to manually type out data, since the orders are transferred automatically to Yuki. This is a real-time connection. You indicate when a Shopify order is transferred: When it is created, paid or partially paid. The correct price-details (e.g. order details) and customer-details are transferred to Yuki. A detailed online manual is available.

I got excellent support to get this setup. Still fine tuning left and right but it allows me to handle orders and refunds and create invoices from within Yuki while new customers are automatically created in Yuki

Although it took a while to get it up and running. The webcare of webwinkelfacturen did their best to get it all up and running. Even though it took a while, they didn't get frustrated with us and they wanted the same goal. Get it up and running. And we did, but not without the excellent help of the webwinkelfacturen webcare team! Great service.

We used this app for almost two years, and it was the worst mistake we could have made! Every month, there were numerous error lines with no explanation. Since February 2026, our store has been on Shopify B2B, and the app hasn't adapted its services. As a result, every order had an error, and Peppol transfers to Yuki weren't possible due to the app's processing issues. Our accounting firm told us...
