Wasnt expecting much but my store finally feels usable for everyone who visits. Customers noticed right away.
— Soft Threshold
Got the whole thing live myself in an afternoon, no developer involved. handed the generated certificate straight to our legal team and it ticked the box they needed for our EU customers.
— Deskline Online
Running a small buisness I never had the time or money to make my shop properly acessable for everyone. Now disabled shoppers can size up the text or shift the colors to whatever works for their eyes, and a handful have emailed saying they finally completed an order. That alone paid for it. I also sleep better knowing im covered on the compliance side. The one thing id change is letting me preview...
— Inkdesk VIP
was nervous it would slow my store but i noticed zero diference in load time
— Dewdrop Beauty
Figured a tool like this would clash with my heavily customized theme but it slotted in without breaking a single thing on my layout. Pleasant surprise after past plugins wrecked stuff.
— Packwise Tech
My partner has dyslexia so this one hit home for me. Switching on the dyslexia friendly font and the reading line guide made our store something she could actually use without straining. The text to speech is handy for folks who'd rather listen. And it kept working when we flipped the site into Spanish which surprised me. Two small things, id like more font options and the translated labels read a...
— Glowgrove US
The auto alt text was a nice two for one, my images got described properly and I actually saw a small SEO lift from it. Shoppers can crank up the contrast or change colors right from the widget which a few older customers thanked me for. keyboard only browsing works now too. wish the widget button sat somewhere less central.
— Neat Nest Vip
having the compliance certificate on file finally let me stop worrying about getting hit with a lawsuit
— Pixel Porch
Solid product overall. The text to speech is well done and the accessibility statement page they generate covers legal bits I wasnt even aware of. i do think the onboarding could walk new users through the certificate process more clearly though, and a spanish translation of the dashboard would be a welcome addition for our team
— casecraftco
After getting a demand letter from a law firm last year I went looking for a solution. The compliance certificate is the main reason I bought this honestly. Screen reader compatibility seems solid based on what my brother who is blind told me when he tested the site for me. maybe add some video tutorials for the dashboard
— Pawperfect Health
Pulled the trigger on this after looking at three competitors. the reading line is a small touch but my customers seem to love it. daily scans also catch stuff before I notice it myself
— Tinytrove.Design
Installed this on a clients store last month. The keyboard navigation actually works properly, which is more than I can say for most plugins in this category. Alt text generation saved hours of manual work and the daily scans flag new issues automatically. Widget itself doesnt slow page loads which is rare. Would love a CLI option for bulk scans, and an API for pulling reports into our dashboard w...
— Little Nest Store
My nephew said I should try it for my candle shop. The font sizing has been a real hit with older folks, the certificate also gives me one less thing to worry about. pleased here
— Elegance Edge
Got this set up for our boutique site mainly cause we kept hearing about lawsuits in our space. The contrast options and reading line have been popular based on customer feedback audit reports also give me peace of mind. wish there was a way to schedule reports monthly though
— Work Day Supply Store
Was hesitant at first but the widget fits right in with my theme looks good. happy customer here
— Everyday Family Health US
installed this to make sure my store follows accessibility rules and it does the job well. the customizable widget and regular site audits are useful. sometimes the panel refresh feels slow and i saw a tiny typo in the help text, but the features work and setup wasnt too hard.
— Daily Care Market Care
i like that customers can adjust contrast and text size using the widget. accessibility scans run automaticly which is helpful. the certificate generator was a nice surprise. one thing i noticed is the dashboard layout is a little messy and a label was spelled strange, but still a usefull app.
— Mcharacter Energy
honestly this app solved a lot of accessibility concerns for our store. keyboard navigation works smoother and alt text suggestions saved time. sometimes the report page loads slow and the menu names felt odd at first. nothing major though and the improvements were worth it.
— Balcony Jungle Club Store
It added screen reader compatibility and thats huge for inclusivity. also the compliance reports help show we are trying to follow standards. took me a bit to find where the widget settings were and i mistyped something in setup. after that it worked fine.
— Fur Real Tech
Accessibility Way made our product pages more friendly for screen readers which was the main goal. also like the automated alt text generator. sometimes the audit report takes longer to appear and i noticed a small typo in the widget panel, but the feature set is solid and helpful for store owners.
