About Address Validation iO

Address Validation iO verifies addresses and emails. Validate during and after checkout, using autocomplete to improve input accuracy. It detects missing house numbers, PO boxes, broken ZIP codes and invalid email accounts. Customers are notified to correct issues. Reduces returns and support tickets. Absolut empfehlenswert! Die App hat uns schon nach wenigen Wochen spürbar Geld gespart, vor allem durch die deutlich reduzierten Rücksendekosten und fehlerfreien Adressen. Dies ist eine gute Alternative, wenn man ohne Shopify Plus keine Möglichkeiten hat, im Checkout etwas zur Adresseingabe ändern zu lassen. So kann man dem Kunden trotzdem sehr zeitnah eine Rückmeldung zur Falscheingabe bieten und falsche Adresseingaben bei der weiteren Bestellabwicklung verhindern.

Wir haben die APP getestet und sie funktioniert fehlerfrei. Kunden werden auf Adressänderungen bzw. eventuelle Fehler hingewiesen und können diese aktualisieren, ohne dass das den operativen Ablauf stört. Hilft Nicht-Zustellungen und somit Mehrkosten und Ärger mit den Kunden zu vermeiden.

Could not enable. Would not work in checkout editor or actual site. Overly expensive per-address pricing. Could not get it to do anything.

Mit dieser App kann man nicht wirklich viel machen. Das Banner auf der "Danke"-Seite lädt und lädt 10 Minuten lang und dann gibt es einfach auf. Ich habe alle anderen post-purchase Apps gelöscht und trotzdem funktioniert nichts. Ich habe das Problem mehrere Male angesprochen, aber der Fehler wurde nicht behoben. Tut mir leid, aber ich kann es nicht empfehlen.
