Advanced Shipping Rate Manager

Seems to be a FANTASTIC app for people managing a large catalog with products varying greatly in weight! It takes time to dial everything in, but once you do, you're golden. I don't know how i would manage my store without ASM! The support is also great!

ASM has been the only app I've found that provides us with exactly what we needed. Our products ship in multiple, heavy, and large packages, which proved to be difficult to charge our customers for shipping correctly on the website. Support is very quick and responsive when needed. Highly recommend this app if you want to have more control over your shipping charges to your customers.

Exactly what we were looking due to our complex shipping structure for US territory. Easy to setup, quick changes to production. Support is fast and helpful with any guidance needed.

The quality of the app and its flexibility is only surpassed by the amazing customer service. We do very complicated things on this app and from time to time have a question or we create a new situation for ourselves we are unable to resolve on our own, and we get responses from them in minutes not days. By far the best shipping tool and support for advanced freight. We have large items that we ship everyday and ASM is by far the best tehcnically and has the most personable support. Much better option than ShipperHQ.

This app is amazing. We started utilizing this app specifically to block certain zipcodes from purchasing specific SKU's and it works like a charm. We've had a few hiccups when setting up some rules, and Burt's support is top notch. He's fixed every issue within an hour to get us back on track.

My shop has been using ASM for the last quarter ever since we hired a full-time eCommerce specialist to manage the store. It has made his job easier and more efficient to manage, especially given that we have 250+ different SKU's. ASM has a lot of capabilities which we are still exploring. Whenever we need some additional technical support, their team is always very responsive to help out.
