About Reslo: AI Order Replies

Reslo is a lightweight help desk for the order and shipping questions your customer service team answers every day. When a customer asks where their order is, it reads the order's real status and tracking and drafts a clear, accurate reply. If the details aren't available, the draft says so instead of guessing. You review and edit every reply before sending, so nothing reaches a customer automatically. Customer names, emails, and addresses are removed before any AI step.
