BLOY Loyalty Points & Rewards

I have been using the App for several weeks now and I am very please with the features and also with customer service. I had a few unique requirement, for example loading previous orders since we were migrating from another platform, and the BLOY team was quite helpful. I will submit a new review after I have used the App for several months can I can see customer usage.

There are a lot of great features with this app. Some areas of the loyalty program are super easy to setup and others are not as intuitive. For example, they have a setting to allow "stacking" of points to exchange intervals of points for the reward in a single transaction, but there is no way to cap it. I haven't used it too much yet, but what I have done has been pretty easy to plug into my shopify store and use. The system is intuitive for what I need them for my store. I also had a call with a person from Bloy and she helped explain what features I could use. It was helpful.
