Not sure how they got a 4.9 star review, but this system is junk!! What they don't provide on the information, is that they only cover orders placed after you sign up and activate with them. So if you have a customer that placed an order prior, you then active their system, then you get a chargeback, they wont cover it. Even though you are all set up in their system. What a waste!! This company has no customer service, takes ages to get someone. Every time you need them, it's impossible. Now I have uninstalled and am moving to another company and need them to release the descriptor, but they are ignoring me and not replying back. I will have to contact all relevant parties and Shopify also, as this is bad to treat their clients this way.
