Says there is a free trial. But charged me the full price for the plan. When I reached out about it they stated I had the app in the past. I don't remember EVER using this app. But if I did it is ok, I just want to be refunded because apparently I didn't like it because I don't even remember it. I couldn't have had it installed long at all.

It is getting worse and worse. The more they raise their prices, the lower the quality becomes. The system constantly gets stuck in loops, is extremely difficult to work with, and logs me out every time I use it on my smartphone. The whole experience is incredibly frustrating. So far, customer service has been amazing. I am not sure if I have addressed all my concerns yet.
