Very useful app. Our 3PL warehouse can't accept more than 55 characters for the address line 1 field — with this app we can limit the characters and show a custom error message. Additionally, we're starting to ship more internationally and found some city addresses can't be longer than 30 characters. It's not possible to limit the city field independently, but the app developer quickly added this...

We had an issue with some malicious code that we thought was related to this app, but they helped us determine exactly which other code was causing the problem. When creating a custom postal code validation rule, it lets you select language instead of country, even though the dropdown label says "Select Country". EDIT: the dev team were quick to fix the issue so we're giving 4 stars now.

The app simply does not work. I have two main things set which are to make sure customers include a house number and to not allow a address to be over 40 characters. This app is still charging me money and is not doing these things.

Not effective if the pop up only appears on the thank you page, we still have to check all the addresses manually and there are still address errors or missing house numbers etc. The addresses that this app corrects only consisted of changing from lower case to upper case and nothing more and we have to pay money for that?! Die App bringt leider gar nichts. Es sind weiterhin Bestellungen mit falschen bzw. nicht vollständigen Adressen möglich.

So far looks great, but had to write a support ticket as under the select country prompt it doesn't allow my customers to use anything but USA I ship internationally and need this fixed or to find a different tool. But at this point, if you ship internationally, i'd not recommend this tool
