As a B2B company, we wanted shopping carts to be saved for 90 days instead of 30 days. We submitted a request to Casper, and after 5 days we received confirmation that this had been implemented. Pooff just like that, carts were disappearing. Can you imagine Shopify tokenizes carts and doesn’t sync them across accounts? I know it’s hard to believe. In comes Casper, and without any issues, it just works. Carts are now synced effortlessly between devices for our logged in users. Definitely recommend.
