There is no customer support. No response on the contact details mentioned on their website. There is no way you can contact them for any issues. Its been more than 12 days and my store has not been approved and my first order is still pending because I can't approve the order. Unprofessionalism at its peak. I am not sure how they have survived so far.

Worst service ever. My store has not been updated for a long time, and the support team is not responding. Orders are delayed, and there is no proper communication. Very disappointing experience. I do not recommend this platform until they improve their service and support.
