About Zonos Duty and Tax

The Zonos Duty and Tax app calculates guaranteed duties, taxes, and fees in your checkout to clearly collect these costs from your shopper (instead of surprising them with costs during delivery). After spending over $3500 CAD for this app, the second order that goes through didn't charge any tax or fees due to the customer using a discount code on my website. They said they would work on it and it has been almost a week, I can't ship the order for the customer and I can't make a new shipping label either as it is giving error messages.
