About EU VAT Check & Tax Exemption
When you sell to other businesses in the EU, you need to handle VAT correctly to stay compliant and avoid tax problems. This app performs a VIES auto check on VAT numbers in real time using the official EU VIES database. If the number is valid, the app automatically applies EU tax exemption for eligible cross-border sales, making your store VAT exempt B2B and fully B2B tax exempt for those transactions. The app also keeps a record of every validation attempt in an analytics dashboard. Check VAT numbers automatically from the official EU database (VIES).
