Amazing app with outstanding customer service. Ralph was incredibly helpful from start to finish and made sure all of our requirements were fully understood and implemented. The system now runs perfectly smoothly, and all of our fulfillment data from the FTP server is transferred into Shopify without any issues. A great solution, backed by a team that really cares. App does exactly as described and has a lot of parameters to make it work for you. I had a small issue and Ralph immediately responded even though it turns out the issue was with my ftp host. Highly recommended.

I used this for submitting tracking numbers to my store from my supplier. It comes in handy. I dont think its worth $15/mo though.

Great interface, it was easy to figure out how to prepare the CSV and upload it, fulfils select SKUs on the order or entire order via upload.

No longer am I cutting pasting hundreds of tracking IDs each day from an excel sheet into Shopify. Just 5 minutes of 'data wangling' and then it's all automated. Plus I asked these guys for a useful feature and they actually implemented it making my life even easier. Yay!!

Thank you for filling in where the platform's native capabilities fall short. It took me about five minutes to set my import up and read a couple FAQs. Very robust feature set with several integration options, several file format options, and an easy intuitive user interface. Processed several large files very quickly. No complaints - solid product that does what it says, and does it well.
