Extremely knowledgeable and responsive, we are all set. Highly recommend!

Looking at the poor reviews you'd maybe think this app is a lemon. But my take on those reviews is that they were written by folks who didn't know what they're doing. We've used Eniture previously when we were shipping with a different shipper, and the app worked well. And their support was always helpful. Now that we've swithed over to FedEx, we're using the FedEx Eniture app. We're finding that...

I LOVE this app! I had a few bugs at first but we worked through them in which they were very responsive and helpful. This app along with one of their LTL freight apps work together perfectly! Honestly don't know what I would do without them. Thank you

Paul and his team were very helpful in developing a customized solution for our store's needs using their app.

Great app, with accurate rates. Easy to setup and their support is fast at responding with understandable advice on how to troubleshoot. Love that you can batch import dimensions and/or edit settings for products.

When we asked the developer for help on the monetary damages, they were only willing to refund us $20 for the app subscription cost. Very shady company with unethical business practices. I would worry about any of their other apps whethe...
