About Fraud Order Defender
The app takes the hassle out of dealing with high-risk orders. As soon as a new order comes in, it’s automatically screened using Shopify’s built-in fraud analysis. If flagged as high-risk, the app steps in — canceling the order, restocking the items, and refunding or voiding the payment if needed. You can also choose to notify the customer about the cancellation. Unlike Shopify, which only marks suspicious orders, our app acts on them instantly — saving you time and protecting your business. Fraud Order Defender app auto-cancels high-risk orders to prevent chargebacks. It restocks items immediately after an order is canceled.
