About FraudBlock Fraud Prevention

The app automatically cancels 'high-risk' orders, send a cancellation confirmation to the customer (optional), restocks the inventory, and refunds/voids the customer's payment (if any). While Shopify automatically flags high-risk orders for you, it doesn't cancel them - you still have to go through your list of orders manually. Whenever you receive a new order, we check it based on Shopify's fraud analysis - if it's a high risk-order, we automatically cancel/refund, preventing any chargebacks.

While shopify will block any high risk order anyway, this fraud filter cancels the payment so you don't get a chargeback. Very easy to setup, and complete peace of mind with it automatically blocking fraud orders. We were slow to respond to a high risk order placed on a weekend when we were away prior to using this app and had issues with Shopify payments. We've had no such problems since. I recommend using "No Fraud Fraud Protection", has everything I need and customer service is friendly. You can ***only*** get the Blacklist option via request. And even after request there is no convenient button to use so you always have to use the link they give you. Pretty basic need for a "fraud app", but no - they don't have it
