About FulfillRelay

FulfillRelay connects Shopify merchants with suppliers they already work with. Map variants to supplier SKUs and costs, route paid order lines, collect acceptance and tracking, handle exceptions, and coordinate return responsibility without giving suppliers staff access to the retailer store. Prepare supplier payment batches as Draft Orders in the supplier's Shopify store, where checkout uses that store's own payment gateway. Merchants keep control of fulfillment and financial decisions.
