Very useful for my store. I can release a lot of products quickly. Save my time! Good choice.

— COMHOMA

GIGA offers a wide range of products, and the key advantage is that orders and inventory are automatically synced, saving us a lot of time. Customer service is also very responsive when we have issues. Hopefully, more products and suppliers can be added in the future.

I'm having trouble verifying my phone number. When I opened my account I entered my number incorrectly and now I can't verify it as requested. I sent a support request but I don't understand the response. How can I resolve this?

— EVAM STORE

Have a problem with a broken piece on a treadmill and yet they have not responded to this issue for over a week and I keep trying to contact them yet nothing. Support is obviously lacking alot Responded and did a great job on this issue Customer service has been great and handled all my issues quickly now, actually they handled the issue here but forgot to inform me.

— Aurelia Clothing

Easy and quick. Probably the fastest and most accurate way to get products on your site that can ship immediately.

— Atlantic Fine Furniture Inc

The best people and products to work with for large items. They do what they say they are going to do.

— SpaceZzzz

I had a problem with importing products Giga reached out to me immediately and fixed the problem. It was a glitch or bug! Not their fault! I must say they have the best customer service. Because of this I would recommend them to others.

It's a very neat tool, it helps me upload products faster, I don't have to download and upload repeatedly like before, it saves a lot of time, it would be perfect if it could update the inventory in real time

Giga makes it so easy to get started on your ecommerce journey. I have been in furniture retail for 30 years and I have not seen a better product selection. I was there were more stars I would give them. INCREDIBLE
