About In the Making: Order Updates

Track made-to-order and bespoke orders through each production stage. In the Making gives every customer a private, branded progress page showing what is complete, what is happening now and what comes next. Add photographs, notes and an expected completion date as the piece moves forward. Optional email updates bring the customer back to the same page, so progress stays clear without separate status messages.
