Joy Loyalty Program & Rewards

The earning and redeeming rules are flexible enough to build a sensible ladder of rewards, and the Ways to redeem block on the cart page makes redeeming obvious to customers instead of hiding it away inside a widget. App seems to work well and has lots of customization - possibly too much as it makes launching a bit more complex. The customer support has been excellent to work with though and I would recommend the app.

After trying a few other loyalty apps, I’m glad I switched to Joy. It offers all the essential features needed to run a professional rewards program without being overly complicated or expensive.
