Sebastian was patient and clearly explained how the AI summary works, how to remove it without affecting my reviews, and the differences between the paid and free plans. I appreciated his support. My concern remains that the AI service sentiment doesn’t account for merchant replies or how a complaint was resolved.

Support diagnosed why three of our products had no review structured data, traced it to metafields that hadn’t been regenerated since install, and fixed it.
