About Keepers — Returns & Exchanges
Customers start a return themselves: they look up their order with the order number and email, pick the items and ask for a refund or an exchange. Your return window, return reasons and final-sale tags decide what is eligible. Every request lands on one board, where you approve, reject, refund to the original payment through Shopify, or record an exchange that you then send from Shopify. Keep-the-item refunds let low-value returns skip return shipping, under a value limit you set.
