KX - ORDER CANCEL lets customers cancel unfulfilled orders directly from their account page, reducing support load for merchants. It includes a customizable cancellation portal with reason capture, and admin controls. Enable auto-restocking, and send notifications, creating a seamless, self-serve experience. Store admins can add or edit cancellation reasons from the app settings. Store admins have the option to enable / disable cancellation email notification Store admins can choose to enable or disable inventory restocking.
