This apps works great until I noticed that their SDK causing performance throttling. They have added their Font inside the SDK, and this is impacting performance issue. There is an option to that you can disable custom fonts in SDK but it is actually not working. I have address this to support and they told me that this feature is not available for Free users. Have been using the app for years and was satisfied, however the price increases are outrageous and there's 0 chance that i would pay them $200 a month when we have been on a free plan for ages. The Predatory price increase is insane, time to find a new loyalty program that will be loyal to its users.
Terrible to work with. The fees are opaque and they increase them without notice 20%-30% year over year. Customer service and account management is useless, when it's not arrogant and dismissive.
The app works well; however, the price increases have become ridiculous in the past few years, 20% price increase year over year for the "custom plans", it wasn't used to be like that, it got especially worse in the past 3 years. So, if you install the app with a custom plan expect serious costs increases year after year.
This is the WORST customer service we have encountered on any Shopify app! There is a message on the top of our dashboard that we can't clear, we've spent DAYS setting up and no one answers the chat.
