That plugin gives you an opportunity to communicate to your customers easily and automatically. The contacts will appear in your Maileon account as new contacts and the orders will be appear as Contact events. This Contact event will help you start an automatic email flow once a deal is added to your account, so you only have to manage your customers in your Shopify shop, the communication will be automatic thanks to the plugin.
