MIDA Fraud Filter, Bot Blocker

They have excellent customer support with the chat feature, setup is easy once you figure out where all the different menus you need are, and it has helped reduce our bot traffic and fraud orders.

It will take time to evaluate the effect on unwanted bot traffic but the controls offered are simple and very intuitive and the customer support has been very responsive and helpful when required. Exactly the help I was looking for regarding a site protection issue that is somewhat beyond my own technical scope. Excellent experience so far.

App itself is versatile, it offers your store a wide range of ways to block malicious bots. Our team especially enjoys the landing page customization feature, so you can keep the "restricted access" page consistent with the rest of your store's brand identity.

It’s just perfect! I highly recommend Mida for blocking and session replays. It’s a reliable app and works better than Blockify in my experience. Mida can block some unwanted visitors that Blockify couldn’t, and it’s definitely worth using together with Mida Replay.

It's been working great so far. I was getting a lot of fake customer accounts, but the app now filters them out automatically. It's made a noticeable difference and has saved us a lot of time.
