the interface is simple, efficient, and very easy to use. and customer service team responds very quickly. it also offers multilingual support, making it very user-friendly for employees from different countries. its good and useful i love it

I generally don't leave reviews but I've been using this app for a while now and I'm actually very impressed. What I really love is that you get 450 free sessions a month which is plenty for my new store. Every time I have had a problem I've reached out via chat and someone has gotten back to me quickly with an answer. You can also connect it to their Fraud app which helps filter out bot traffic....

This is a great APP to use to understand where customers are coming from and what they are looking at in my store. I have only had the app a day, but it has proved useful for understanding where sessions are coming from. Only 4 stars as I wish there were more sessions given with the free version.

This is one of the coolest Shopify apps that you could add to your store. No other app can show you the real consumer journey of your users - it's like magic! It helped me test new additions to my product pages and thanks to the app, I also noticed that non-US users were loading my website with US currency, which I quickly fixed. Irreplaceable app!
