Fantastic app that gives you a fly on the wall view of what your customers can do and find on your website. Gives you a score and suggestions for improvements! It even says if the customer had rage clicks, which unfortunately I realized mine had! I would have never known.

The idea is good, but for some reason it is not that uncommon to see session recordings failing to be played / listed / accessible / shared. So we basically have it just in case, but don't hold a lot of hope when we want to use it.
