App is blocking the zoom feature on my store from working on mobile. I found this out by disabling all app embeds and restoring them one by one, testing the zoom feature each time. Decent app, but picked up that they are duplicating their charges every month. They charge a monthly fee + usage & a monthly fee again. I reached out to their support 2 weeks ago and keep getting a general response that they've passed on the message to the team leader, but still no response.
