About Mu'tamad — ZATCA E‑Invoicing
Saudi merchants must report every sale to ZATCA as a signed Phase 2 e-invoice with a QR code, and doing this by hand is slow and easy to get wrong. Mu'tamad handles it automatically: when an order is paid, it creates a compliant tax invoice, signs it, reports it to ZATCA, and attaches the QR code to the order. Refunds become matching credit notes. If a tax setting is wrong, the app flags the order instead of issuing an incorrect invoice. The dashboard works in Arabic and English.
