Very responsive developer, easy to get in touch with, he took the time to understand my workflow and was engaged and very helpful. The app does not (yet) meet our unusual need, but I really appreciate the above-and-beyond effort by the developer to try to design a solution for us.

Not only Novel has one of the top customer service in the Shopify Space but they have some of the most innovative product. If you're looking for some edgy strategies like Tokenizing product Pre-sell or building some loyalty around your community with an edge (Wallet Passes Is Mindblowing), they are definitely the one to look at. They seamlessly implement the ability to token gate entire pages down to specific token gated discount codes, while also providing an intuitive backend that allows for multiple projects and multiple gates.

When it came down to it (and I looked around carefully)... my decision to partner with Novel to mint NFT/Tokens for our catalog (product) on the blockchain, was based on the fact that its founder was manning the ship. This vastly overlooked customer touch-point is missing in 80% or more of online transactions. Novel and ISH get it right.
