About NuovaBot
Nuovabot lets you add an AI chatbot to your storefront that trains automatically on your store information and product data from Shopify. Customers get immediate answers in their own language without waiting for a human. You can configure the chatbot's name, tone, and appearance. When the bot cannot resolve an issue, it creates a support ticket in the admin panel, where you can reply to the customer by email. The chatbot can also show product cards and let shoppers add items to cart in chat.
