About Order Editing & Upsell

Self-serve order editing for Shopify. Customers edit their order after checkout — change shipping address, swap products, adjust variants and quantity, apply a discount code, or cancel — with no support ticket needed. Address edits are validated, and shipping, tax, and discounts recalculate automatically. Cancellations offer store credit or refunds to save the sale. Post-purchase upsells appear on the thank-you and order status page. Set edit windows and sync with 3PL and Shopify Flow.
