About Order Genie
Most of your support inbox is the same few questions: where is my order, when will it arrive, what is your return policy. Order Genie is an AI Order Agent for your store. It reads the real order - fulfillment status, carrier, tracking number, estimated delivery - from an order number and email, with no customer account and no sign-in. It answers shipping, return and policy questions from files you upload. When Genie can't answer, it sends you the question with the whole conversation attached.
