Panza increases customer retention through a loyalty program for online stores and POS systems. Customers earn points on purchases and redeem them for discount coupons. Merchants can create VIP tiers with unique benefits at each level. The app includes a referral program where members receive personalized discount codes and earn points when others use them. All loyalty data syncs in real time between web and POS, with customizable point rates and redemption values. Multiply loyalty with a points system for online customers and POS.
