Fixing any sort of issue with your art is basically a no go. They will declare it a transit issue and not their problem. I have never seen worse customer service

No customer service. When I set up an appointment I was told that they only provide that service to 'larger enterprise clients'. When I complained he handed me off to someone else and said I would here from him 'shortly'. I did not hear from him until the next day when he sent me an email that was supposed to answer my questions. The following day I get an email saying I had missed my meeting......
