Edit 10/14: This app does work well, when it works. But they have a habit of updating it without fully testing it, then having no way to roll it back. For two months now transactions sync with QBO but the deposit amount doesn't equal the actuall deposit amount so the deposit isn't available to "match". Used this for years. The new version broke it. The recent update rebuilt the integration and it's a step backwards for us. It created its own income and fee accounts instead of using ours, so our Shopify revenue is now split across two accounts in the middle of our fiscal year. Zero notice of the upgrade, and removing the old Onesaas and now its botched all my accounts. No invoices only sales receipts. Zero value sales are not sent to quickbooks. Worse is that our zero rated sales are all entering as standard rated! Why have you changed it!!!

I have the worst experience with their customer service for the bugs. Suddenly, they updated the app and now app is creating duplicate invoice numbers which is a big risk to the business but non-existential support. With the new update, app starts breaking, bugs, incorrect data and wrong invoicing. time to switch to another app.

We are leaving them as as well. Their new update screwed up ou whole accounting. As they are not transferring our transactions as Invoices anymore, duplication is happening , not mapping properly and etc. Poor service , not cool to update a software that is working ok and change everything overnight!
