The app is missing some key details for personalization as other users have expressed. There was an issue with how discounts were being accounted for in relation to the net amount for transactions. Like others here, we have had a terrible time with the new Shopify integration and Quickbooks support, which seems to have been overwhelmed. We have completely lost the connection with one of our stores and the other two still aren't functioning after several days and repeated requests for help. Even if we can get it to work it looks clunky and unhelpful.
