About QuickTalk
QuickTalk adds an AI chat assistant to your storefront. It answers product questions, recommends items from your catalog, checks inventory, builds a cart, and shares the checkout link inside the chat. Shoppers can type or send a voice message. Merchants set the color, position, and welcome message in the theme editor. Leads from each conversation are emailed to you. If a shopper prefers a person, your support team takes over the conversation from the QuickTalk agent portal.
