About Ratify
Ratify helps merchants collect and display product reviews. When a customer places an order, Ratify automatically sends a review request email at a configurable delay. Merchants can approve, reply to, and manage reviews from a single dashboard, with AI assistance for writing responses. Reviews appear on product pages with star ratings, photos, and videos. Customers can ask questions through a public Q&A section. Existing reviews from other platforms can be imported via CSV.
