Although this app has not been cheap, it has worked extremely well for us over the past year and a half. It's made reconciling both PayPal payments and Shopify payments so much easier in Xero. We have had the occasional issue which was always resolved quickly by support using the chat. Personally I rate this as a very good app that made business much easier when using Shopify for front of house...

Absolutely terrible service. We had requested a trial and the app wouldn't even load. I spoke to support at their end and was told it was a Shopify issue. Then Shopify reviewed and it was found to be on this apps end. By this stage the 14 day trial had ended and I was yet to even be able to access the app. I was charged $990 USD for an app I can't even use. I wrote to support again asking for them...
