Redo is great! Their customer service is super helpful and responsive - any time we have a question they are on it!

I've been really happy with Redo over the past 6 months! The dashboard is easy to use and the support team has been very helpful.

I am a very detailed person, and while using REDO, if I find something that I do not like, it gets fixed ASAP. Using REDO for returns is also easy and very UX appealing. They are also improving really fast. My company signed with them only at the end of June 2025, but so many things have changed and improved already. At the moment, I am very happy that I chose REDO for my return to my workplace....

It is the easiest app to use specifically for what we needed and the good part is that we have to contact support and we have received the reply instantly and also onto my surprise the AI bot is a real responsive and it is also very helpful but of course I needed a bit more help and a person and the chat and in less than 2 minutes everything was sorted so I definitely recommend this app.
