All of the Redo team members that I've worked with so far have been so helpful and knowledgeable. Transitioning to Redo for shipping is going to make things so much more efficient for us and next up we're going to start doing returns through redo as well.

Human jumped in immediately and went above and beyond to not just figure out exactly what we needed, but make the changes for us, so it was off our plate all together. Great service, made everything really easy.

Redo has been a game-changer for us. We initially used it just for returns, which instantly streamlined our process, then expanded to their AI chat and marketing tools. The "Ask Redo" feature is super helpful, but if you need additional help, their team is incredibly quick to respond. We run three Shopify stores daily and truly can't imagine operating without Redo!

All of the team members we have interacted with at ReDo have been fantastic! They are down to earth and don't throw in corporate tech jargon to sound smart. Everyone is knowledgeable in the products or knows who to forward you along to in order to get answers. Our return process has become so much easier since sign on with ReDo.
