A really nice app, you can see what your customers are doing in the store and you can fix any errors if you have any! I had asked to add a button for the replay directly from the visitors page and they did it in a couple of days at my request!Believe me, it's a fantastic app, it helps you a lot! In my opinion, there's nothing better and you really have everything you need!

The visitor section has not updated since I upgraded my plan. I have reset the limits, but the data remains unchanged. When I attempt to contact the team, my message fails to submit. After uninstalling and reinstalling the app, I am prompted to pay again for the same plan.
