About NASP Rewards
NASP Rewards turns purchases and customer activities into points redeemed as Shopify store credit. Configure welcome gifts, birthdays, new email subscribers, and social or website visits. Customers see balances, ways to earn, and history in customer accounts; retail staff view balances and redeem in POS. Control point expiry with an annual cutoff or up to four earning periods. Review activity, refunds, and redemptions, adjust points with reasons, and resolve store-credit issues in Shopify Admin.
