Integrates well and encourages customers to pay for shipping protection. Then it’s up to me, the merchant, whether to self insure or pay for third party insurance. Options on how much to charge for the shipping protection based on order total are a plus.

App works great; the only suggestion I have is to be able to base the cost of protection on a percentage of the product cost. For example, my products range in price from $1 to over $1,000. To charge $5 to protect such an expensive product doesn't seem right. I'd rather set it to charge, say 5% of the total cost instead of a $5 flat rate.
