mega starker Support. Ungewöhnlich schnell und flexibel.

— TeamPLAY

Great App, Great Team and prompt support if needed. New version v2 is even better!!! Highly recommended.

— Elm Lifestyle

We ran into a few small challenges after the 2.0 update, but the support team has been amazing and incredibly quick at implementing all of our custom design requests. Thank you!

Je recommande Store Locator. La map est facile à utiliser et à updater au quotidien et le service client est très réactif en cas de besoin.

— Nowa No Water

Great support and helpful advice. I contacted the team after an issue with our map after performing an update. The team jumped on a web meeting with me and were able to identify what was happening and fix the issue quickly and helpfully as well as providing some information about new features and upcoming developments.

— Holemaker Technology (HMT)

Good app. Very responsive team, they resolved an issue with a recent update quickly. Nice to see a company that takes customer feedback seriously. Would recommend.

— Leisure Society

Seems to work well. I did have a formatting issue, which Nicholas rectified for us in a couple of business days. Edit: 2nd review, some time later: This app continues to work well for us. Again, a couple of tweaks we needed to make and their support staff were responsive. Still want an in-app way to make the store phone numbers clickable! 3rd edit: After moving to version 2.0, more problems. But...

Axel was super helpful!

We used this app for quite a while to manage the store locator on our website for our 10 retail locations. Unfortunately, the locator never displayed quite correctly, and more recently the problems became significantly worse. We reached out to technical support multiple times hoping to get the issues resolved, but responses were extremely slow and the support was ultimately not helpful in solving...

Super difficult to set up

— Duane Paul's BBQ

I've had nothing but issues with this app. I've used it on different stores and it's just one issue after another. First I wasn't able to get an export of my store list and I had to contact support multiple times over a week before they just ended up emailing me the list. The problem wasn't fixed for another month or so after that so anytime I needed an export of my store list I would have to cont...

Puts pins for our store locations in completely wrong places on the map of New York City, sometimes in the middle of a park lol, and even in the wrong borough. I've wasted countless hours of my own time and patiently waited weeks on their support, pretending they would fix the issue. After all these weeks, the app does not perform its most basic function of putting accurate locations on a map. A...

— GIGANTIC!

This app will use A LOT of your own time / manpower to set up. You must use the spreadsheet template from them to Bulk Import stores. You must add your own Longitude and Latitude for every single location to the spreadsheet for the app to properly geo-locate the stores. OR you have to go in and individually click 'Find My Store' for each location. This becomes a mountain of work for businesses wit...

App is extremely complicated and difficult to use. We just wanted something to display a map on our homepage so people could see our location. This app makes a whole new page on your website and really does not make sense for single location retail stores. But If you have 20+ stores maybe this is something that could work for you

— Lithium Detail Lab

It does not work. We have tried reaching out to support, but no help from there side as well. Whenever you try to save the API key, it refreshes as soon as the page refreshes.
